MET UPDATE

As the world continues to evolve, MET is dedicated to protecting the health and safety of our employees, clients and partners. As an essential business, we are committed to continuing normal business protocol, and have established business continuity plans in each of our offices that include flexible remote work options. We are making every effort to ensure we can provide you with the same timely service you are used to, while offering safe working conditions for our team.

COMMUNITY

We are happy to continue to do our part by supporting local businesses that have shifted their regular product development to help the community by supplying essential items in this difficult time. In partnership with MET, Letterbox Design and Yaletown Distiller we’ve donated thousands of bottles of hand sanitizer to front line workers at the Vancouver General Hospital, the Vancouver Police Department and The Salvation Army Community Services (Calgary). @metprinters

In partnership with our neighbour Oceanking Manufacturing, we were also able to provide the Vancouver Police Department with 500 protective masks. We will continue to make it a priority to partner with other local businesses to help keep the communities safe.

See gracious thanks from the VPD.

NEW PRODUCT

We predict social distancing will be with us for a while, at MET we are offering an array of communication platforms, whether window signage, or floor decals, printed items available are specific to our clients’ needs. One of our new product offerings is an Anti-Microbial Laminate for your printed collateral: whether it be restaurant menus, point of sale packaging, or products that require multiple touches, know that we have the ability to provide a safer experience for your clients. Direct mail is key way to communicate and create brand awareness during this time as everyone is at home and this laminate would be a safe addition.

UNICEF’s CORONAVIRUS RELIEF FUND

A group of creatives and MET have collaborated and embarked on a world-wide initiative with a simple goal to unite global artists and help UNICEF in the fight against COVID-19. MET and VERY POLITE, a creative agency based in Vancouver, are donating 100% of the proceeds to UNICEF’s Coronavirus Relief Fund to help provide urgently needed medical supplies to children and families affected by COVID-19 in countries hit hardest by novel coronavirus. This is a great initiative and allows us to keep helping the community and key organizations during these times.
